I’m a 38 years old Marine Corps veteran, mom, and I’m an Operations Specialist. When I first restarted my fitness journey in May 2024, I was just coming off of 1 year of physical therapy and wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to reach my health and fitness goals because of my recovery and my busy schedule.
